About me
Health is not everything, but without health, everything is nothing.

✌️Hello everyone! My name is Evgeny, and I am a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience.
💠Worked as a therapeutic physical culture specialist at the N.N. Burdenko Hospital.
💠My hospital experience gives me deep understanding of treating herniated discs, protrusions, fractures, sports injuries, arthrosis, and pain syndromes related to muscles, spine, and joints.
💠I am a professional volleyball player, which helps me better understand physical activity and recovery.
💠I have in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, and continually study new techniques, including training in Professor L.F. Vasilieva’s Applied Kinesiology school.
Massage description & types
Below you can find descriptions and types of massage I offer.
Kinesio Massage
➡️At the beginning of the session, I perform a diagnosis to determine where dysfunctions are in the body. Then I proceed to the massage, selecting techniques based on the diagnostic results.
Upon completion, I perform a retest to ensure the body responded correctly and the treatment had an effect.
💠For diagnosis, I use a method called manual muscle testing.
➡️It allows identifying which link in the body (muscle, ligament, joint, or organ) is malfunctioning, for example, weakened or overloaded.
Diagnosis is carried out by analyzing changes in muscle tone in response to load.
➡️During the massage, I combine the following methods:
• classical massage
• myofascial techniques
• trigger point therapy
• gentle joint mobilizations
• techniques to normalize the function of internal organs and the nervous system
➡️All work is tailored individually based on diagnostic results. This approach allows working precisely with the cause, not just the symptoms.
Wellness Massage
➡️This type of massage is beneficial for those who want to relieve myofascial tightness, overstrain, and muscle stiffness.
➡️In a wellness massage, I use the following techniques:
• trigger point work (ischemic compression, myopressure, PNF);
• myofascial release;
• percussion (using a percussion massager);
• gentle manual techniques.
➡️Wellness massage is performed on different body areas depending on the goal—reduce tension, improve circulation, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being. Here are the main areas:
💠Back — the most popular area, especially for relieving tension and muscle pain.
💠Neck and shoulders — for stress and headache relief.
💠Arms and hands — helps with fatigue, numbness, and “computer arm” syndrome.
💠Legs and feet — improves circulation, relieves fatigue, and helps with varicose veins.
Sports massage
➡️Sports massage is a technique aimed at preparing the body for physical exertion and aiding recovery after workouts.
It increases endurance, reduces fatigue, and helps athletes achieve better performance.
It is especially beneficial during intense training periods, preparation for competitions, and following injuries or strains.
➡️Massage effects:
• accelerates muscle recovery,
• relieves spasms and pain,
• reduces injury risk,
• improves blood and lymph circulation,
• removes toxins and lactic acid,
• increases muscle elasticity and reaction speed,
• enhances overall physical condition and stress resilience.
Classic Massage
➡️This is a manual massage performed on the entire surface of the body. The set includes universal movements aimed at kneading the tissues.
➡️It includes four main techniques:
• stroking;
• rubbing;
• vibration;
• kneading.
➡️Classic massage is used for:
• strengthening muscle tone,
• relieving fatigue,
• relaxing tense muscles caused by sedentary work and a low-activity lifestyle.
Relaxing massage
➡️Relaxing massage is a treatment designed to relieve muscular and emotional tension.
➡️It uses gentle techniques:
• effleurage,
• petrissage,
• light kneading and vibrations.
All movements are performed slowly and evenly with no deep pressure.
💠The massage helps to:
• lower stress levels,
• relax muscles,
• improve sleep quality,
• stimulate blood and lymph circulation.
➡️Recommended for fatigue, overwork, and tension. Ideal for regular recovery and supporting well-being.
Lymphatic drainage massage
➡️Lymphatic drainage massage is based on smooth, pressing and gliding movements along lymph flow pathways.
Surface techniques target the upper dermal and subcutaneous layers, improving tissue nourishment.
Deeper stimulation works on lymphatic vessels, enhancing lymph flow from internal organs.
➡️Indications include:
• reduced skin elasticity;
• slow skin regeneration;
• cellulite;
• swelling;
• excess weight;
• slowed metabolism.
Anti-cellulite massage
➡️Anti-cellulite massage is aimed at reducing cellulite appearance, improving skin tone, and draining excess fluid from tissues.
➡️It includes intensive techniques: kneading, friction, vibrations, and tapping.
💠The massage:
• improves microcirculation,
• speeds up lymph flow,
• reduces swelling,
• stimulates metabolism,
• makes skin smoother and firmer.
➡️Recommended as a course of 6–10 sessions, especially when combined with exercise and proper nutrition.
Kinesio Taping
➡️Kinesio taping is a technique of applying special elastic tapes (kinesio tapes) on the skin to support muscles, joints and ligaments without restricting mobility.
The tapes help reduce pain, improve blood and lymph circulation, and speed up recovery after injuries or intense physical activity.
💠Effects of kinesio taping:
• reduction of pain and swelling;
• support for joints and muscles during physical load;
• improvement of posture and release of tension;
• faster recovery after injuries and surgeries;
• prevention of overload and repeated injuries.
➡️The tapes adhere gently to the skin, do not restrict movements and can be comfortably worn for 2 to 5 days.
➡️The procedure is suitable for both athletes and people with an active lifestyle or musculoskeletal problems.
At my massage sessions I help to
Relieve muscle tension
Improve blood circulation
Reduce stress and anxiety levels
Reduce cellulite appearance
